Zhejiang New Century Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (NCMCO) was established in 1998 and is located in Ruian City, Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province, China. Our company is one of the earliest companies to develop and manufacture fully automated production lines for metal door production. We can provide complete steel door frame & door panel production lines and single machines for every stage of steel door processing, solving various problems in metal door production. Our metal door machines are mainly used in the manufacturing of security doors, fire-rated doors, healthcare/hospital doors, steel-wood doors, and other metal door industries. Currently, our products are sold in more than 60 countries and regions including Southeast Asia, Europe, America, and Africa. We have established long-term strategic cooperative relationships with more than 3,000 well-known domestic and foreign enterprises and factories. NCMCO is also a national high-tech enterprise, a member unit of the China Construction Metal Structure Association, and a national steel door making equipment production demonstration base.

In order to produce more efficient and precise metal door making equipment, we have established long-term partnerships with excellent component suppliers such as Panasonic, Mitsubishi, Chint, Schneider, and Omron. After each equipment is manufactured, we will also conduct functional and performance testing before leaving the factory through multiple testing stages such as electrical control experiments and wiring debugging to ensure that you can get the best-performing products.

In 2008, our company has established a R&D center focusing on the development and innovation of new door equipment, which has been awarded as a provincial-level high-tech enterprise R&D center. Currently, NCMCO has more than 30 technical R&D personnel, and we also cooperate with well-known domestic academic professors and teams to assist us in developing new products. Currently, we have obtained 7 invention patents, 21 utility model patents, and 38 appearance patents.

We have three major manufacturing centers in Wenzhou, Chengdu, and Yongkang, with a total area of over 60,000 square meters and an annual output of up to 1,000 sets of assembly lines. Our metal door machines not only have higher cost-effectiveness but also realize automatic operation with only 2-3 people, greatly reducing labor costs. Through system control, we can accurately monitor each process, reduce blank cycles, and increase production capacity by 25%. At the same time, the equipment footprint has been reduced by 25% compared with previous products.

History

1998

NCMCO was officially established in Shangjin Industrial Park.

2004

Yongkang branch was officially opened in Yongkang, Jinhua.

2006

Chengdu branch was officially opened in Chengdu, Sichuan.

2008

R&D department was formally established; our company began to focus on the development and production of complete line.

2016

Business scope was expanded from equipment production to smart factory layout planning.

2020

Automatic steel door hot press machine was successfully developed, which has obtained 3 invention patents.

2022

NCMCO Machinery obtained the Zhejiang Province Specialized and Innovative Small and Medium-sized Enterprises certification.
