NCM-LJ automatic spray gluing machine adopts fully automatic gluing technique for gluing the front and back door panels of steel and stainless-steel doors. The glue spreader utilizes a servo glue pump to ensure stable glue dispensing, a high-sensitivity glue valve mixing tube for proper mixing, and a high-precision gluing head. The servo axis coordinates with the production line to achieve uniform and flexible glue dispensing, resulting in a layer of even and continuous glue application. Additionally, the automatic spray gluing machine can accommodate customized features such as adding sheet metal appearance and adjusting the diameter of the spray nozzle as per requirements.
