Hydraulic steel door hot press machine achieves uniform heating of steel and stainless-steel door panels through the circulation of heat-conducting media such as hot water or thermal oil, allowing for the complete solidification of adhesive layers. This steel door machine is mainly used for high-efficiency hot pressing and lamination processes in security doors, fire-rated doors, and other applications. The machine can be customized to handle up to 12 layers of lamination and can simultaneously complete the bonding of 12 door panels at once.

Main Frame
Both sides of the arc are fully processed by CNC boring and milling, and undergo long-term vibration aging treatment, making the main frame more sturdy.

Hydraulic System
A new integrated hydraulic system is equipped with an accumulator control system, and additionally configured with pressure sensors to control the operating pressure. The upper and lower parts are equipped with maximum capacity oil tanks and a new direct filling device.
Multiple layers of large flat steel plates are arranged for bonding.

Heating System
Electric heating system allows for faster heating speed and higher temperature control accuracy, suitable for hot pressing processes with high temperature requirements.
A forced air cooling system is adopted to effectively reduce the working temperature of the hydraulic system.
